All persons selling or offering for sale, bartering, exchanging or soliciting from door-to-door, without appointment, the purchase or gift of any goods, wares, merchandise or other articles of value or money within the village, shall do so only during daylight hours, but in no event before 9:00 a.m. or after 8:00 p.m., or at any time on Sunday.
