§ 96.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever violates any section of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor. If the offender has been previously convicted or found guilty of violating this section within 12 months, the offender shall be deemed guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor.
