§ 93.06 RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   (A)   Chief of Police, any contracting agent of the village, and employee of such contracting agent, and authorized officer, employee and agent of the village, and each of them, are hereby expressly authorized to enter upon private property for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of this chapter. No person shall interfere, hinder or refuse to allow them to enter upon private property for such purposes and to remove any motor vehicle, junk, garbage, debris, noxious weeds or grass, or any other thing which is determined to be in violation of this chapter in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   The Chief, in enforcing the provisions of this chapter, is authorized and directed to make inspections in response to a complaint that an alleged violation of the ordinance may exist, or when he/she has a valid reason to believe a violation of the ordinance is being committed.
   (C)   Upon presentation of proper credentials, the Chief is authorized to enter any premises in the village at reasonable times to perform an inspection of the premises for a violation of this chapter.
