§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor as provided in § 10.99.
   (B)   Except as otherwise provided in §§ 92.01 through 92.04, whoever violates §§ 92.01 through 92.04 is guilty of generating unreasonable noise, a minor misdemeanor.
   (C)   If, within 12 months of the offense the offender has been convicted or plead guilty to one violation of §§ 92.01 through 92.04, whoever violates §§ 92.01 through 92.04 is guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor.
   (D)   If, within 12 months of the offense, the offender has been convicted of or plead guilty to two or more violations of §§ 92.01 through 92.04, whoever violates this §§ 92.01 through 92.04 is guilty of a third degree misdemeanor.
   (E)   If multiple noise complaints (more than two) are received during the same sound-producing event, than a police offer may take whatever action is necessary to restore the peace, including, but not limited to, arrest of the offender pursuant to Village Ordinance 648 (e)(2), a 4th degree misdemeanor.
