§ 91.03 NAMING STREETS AND BUILDINGS.
   (A)   All buildings facing a street or public highway within the village shall display the number specified by the Fiscal Officer in numbers three to three and one-half inches high which shall be displayed upon the building or adjacent thereto in a manner as to be readily identified from the street upon which the building faces. Where several buildings are situated upon one plot of ground, then the main building or resident building upon the plat shall be numbered.
   (B)   The Fiscal Officer shall keep and preserve a map of the village showing correct street names and building numbers for each lot or plot of land in the village, which map shall be available for inspection at all times. The Fiscal Officer shall notify each building owner of the number which has been assigned to his or her property together with the street designation of the street upon which such building faces.
   (C)   The owner of a building who fails to display the property numbers as specified in this section after 30 days notice from the Fiscal Officer of the property number for the building shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
