This administrative instruction establishes the policy of the Village of Marblehead, Ohio with regard to accessing confidential personal information by village employees and contractors which are maintained in the village offices. This policy will adhere to the requirements in R.C. § 1347.05 which lists requirements related to personal information systems maintained by state and local agencies.
