§ 39.25 WAIVER OF RESIDENCY FOR CHIEF OF POLICE.
   The residency requirement set forth in Ohio R.C. § 737.15 is hereby waived for the current Chief of Police, and the current Chief of Police only. The current Chief of Police, Chief Casey Joy, does not to reside within the village, but must reside within the limits of Ottawa County, Ohio.
