§ 35.10 VOLUNTARY ENTRY INTO A PROGRAM.

An individual who voluntarily enters into a drug or alcohol rehabilitation program is not subject to discipline for entering into such a program and further will not be required to enter into a conditional employment agreement as a result of voluntarily entering such a program.
