(A) All aspects of any employee assistance or testing procedures are considered private and will be treated in a confidential manner limited only to individuals with a right to know.
(B) Law enforcement authorities may be contacted and requested to come onto village property, when appropriate, in conjunction with a referral for criminal prosecution.
