(A) The members of the Planning Commission of the Village of Marblehead shall be five in number, consisting of the Mayor, one member of the Council to be selected by the Council, and three citizens of the village to be appointed by the Mayor for terms of six years each, except that the term of one of the citizens shall be for four years and one for two years on the first Commission appointed.
(B) All such members shall serve without compensation.
