§ 3 FIREWORKS.

   The discharge, ignition, or exploding of fireworks as set forth in R.C. § 3743.45 is hereby prohibited at all times except the following days. On the following days the discharge, ignition, or exploding of fireworks is permitted as set forth in R.C. § 3743.45:

   (A)   The first day of January;

   (B)   The fourth day of July;

   (C)   The first Monday of September; and

   (D)   December 31.
