§ 150.070 APPEALS BOARD ESTABLISHED.

(A) The Village of Marblehead Planning Commission is hereby appointed to serve as the Appeals Board for these regulations as established by § 154.274 of this code.

(B) Records of the Appeals Board shall be kept and filed at 513 West Main Street, Marblehead, Ohio.
