(A) No building, premises or structure shall be erected, built, designed or maintained to dispose of human waste material otherwise than a connection to and through or by the sanitary sewer system of the Village.
(B) No premise, structure or building hereinafter converted or to be converted to commercial or industrial use, shall retain any system of sanitary sewage disposal otherwise than a connection with the sanitary sewer system of the Village.
