§ 153.39 STREAM IMPROVEMENTS AND EASEMENTS ALONG STREAMS.
   (A)   No individual, partnership, or corporation shall deepen, widen, fill, reroute, or change the course or location of any existing ditch, stream or drain without first obtaining permission from the Council. Plans for such deepening, widening, filling rerouting, or changing the location of any existing ditch, stream or drain shall comply with the specifications of the Council and construction shall be under the supervision of the Village Engineer.
   (B)   Whenever any existing important surface drainage course is located in an area that is being subdivided, the subdivider shall dedicate an easement of not less than 50 feet in width along such important surface drainage course.
