(A) New subdivision streets shall conform to the principal existing streets in the adjacent area (or center line projection made when adjoining land is not subdivided), when deemed necessary by the Council, together with the continuation of all existing utility mains in adjoining areas. Off-set streets should be avoided.
(B) New streets of like alignment shall bear the names of existing streets.
