§ 153.03 VARIATIONS AND EXCEPTIONS.
Whenever a tract is to be subdivided and is of unusual size or shape, or surrounded by unusual conditions, so that the strict application of these requirements would result in hardships or injustices, the Council may vary or modify such requirements, so that the property may be developed in a reasonable manner, and at the same time not be detrimental to the public welfare and interests of the Village but in keeping with the general intent and spirit of these regulations.
