§ 151.05 CONFLICT.

In the event of conflict between any provisions of this chapter, including any rules and regulations adopted pursuant to this chapter, and any provisions of the ordinances of the Village, including any rules and regulations adopted pursuant to such ordinances, the provisions of this chapter shall prevail.
