§ 151.03 GENERAL SCOPE.
   The provisions of this chapter shall be supplementary to all other provisions of the ordinances of the Village relating to the construction, use and maintenance of buildings and structures and shall apply to all buildings and structures or portions thereof, which are used or designed or intended to be used for occupancy.
