§ 136.13 PAMPHLET DISTRIBUTION.

No person shall sell, give or distribute, or make available for sale, donation or distribution any pamphlet, handbill, advertisement, dodger, circular or other printed or written matter of any kind or description unless there appears legibly thereon the name and address of the person, firm, corporation or organization responsible for such document.
