§ 136.11 ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF INTOXICATING LIQUOR.

(A) No person shall consume, or have in his possession an opened bottle, flask or container, containing intoxicating liquor in either of the following places:

(1) A public place;

(2) A motor vehicle.

(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of illegal possession of intoxicating liquor, a minor misdemeanor.
