(A) Solicitation for routine home maintenance or repairs shall not be made without first securing a license as provided in § 111.01, except for grass cutting, tree removal, leaf raking, and snow removal where payment for those services does not exceed the sum of $50.
(B) Nothing herein shall prohibit any regular continuous storekeeper within the Village from advertising his goods, wares, or merchandise in the front of and on the premises of the usual place of business and to make sales from such advertising displays.
