§ 110.111 OPERATOR TO OBTAIN ALL NECESSARY FRANCHISES, LICENSES OR, PERMITS.
   It shall be the responsibility of the operator to obtain any and all such franchises, licenses or permits necessary to the operation and conduct of its business activities.
