§ 110.061 PERMITS NON-EXCLUSIVE.

All permits granted by ordinance pursuant to this section shall be non-exclusive; and Council reserves the right to issue as many such permits as it deems advisable in the public interest. All such permits shall contain similar terms and conditions.
