§ 110.045 OPERATOR'S RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   A current, up-to-date copy of all the operator's rate schedules, rules, regulations and policies having to do with subscriber service will be kept on file with the Mayor. No rule, regulation or policy shall be contrary to provisions of this chapter.
