§ 110.018 VIDEO CHANNEL FOR VILLAGE USE.

The operator shall provide one area-wide video access channel for shared use by the Village as it deems fit, without restriction, and shall not knowingly compete with any programming presented by the operator, through duplication thereof, in whole or in part.
