No person, except in an emergency or with a special permit issued by the Mayor or designee, shall enter or remain in a park except during the hours of a legally permitted activity, those hours in the village, being from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily, except by approval of the Mayor or designee and resolution passed by Council.
