(A) Any person who violates the provisions of § 92.03(A), upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $50; and shall be liable to a further fine of $10 for each and every week he shall so neglect or refuse to build any such pavement.
(B) Any person who violates the provisions of § 92.03(B), upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $30 and shall be liable to a further fine of $20 for each and every week he or she shall so neglect or refuse to repair or replace such sidewalk or gutter or part thereof.
(C) Any person violating any of the provisions of § 92.04 shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than $5 nor more than $50, or be imprisoned not less than one or more than 30 days, or both, for each and every offense.
