§ 31.06 ASSISTANT FISCAL OFFICER.
   (A)   Authorization. The position of Assistant Fiscal Officer is hereby authorized.
   (B)   Qualifications. The Assistant Fiscal Officer shall be a resident of the Village, unless Council approves otherwise, and shall possess other such skills and experience as determined by the Mayor and Council.
   (C)   Appointment. The Assistant Fiscal Officer shall be appointed and removed by the Mayor, subject to the consent and approval of Council.
