§ 31.03 BONDS FOR VILLAGE OFFICIALS.
   (A)   The bond of the Mayor is hereby fixed at $12,000.
   (B)   The bond of the Clerk-Treasurer is hereby fixed at $50,000.
   (C)   The premiums for all bonds required by this section shall be paid by the Village.
   (D)   The surety on all bonds required by this section shall be subject to the approval of the Mayor, except that the surety on the Mayor's bond shall be subject to the approval of Council.
