The Clerk-Treasurer shall establish the following funds:
(A) General Fund;
(B) Bond Retirement Fund, if applicable;
(C) A Debt Service Fund;
(D) Special funds for each bond issue or special levy when and as the same may be issued or levied; and
(E) A special fund for each class of revenue derived from a source other than general property tax, which the law requires to be used for particular purposes. Other funds may be created by Council from time to time.
