CHAPTER 9-5.
MASSAGE ESTABLISHMENTS
Chapter 9-5 was adopted as Chapter 9-4 by Ordinance 2011.01 and renumbered to 9-5 by Ordinance 2019.012. Former chapter 9-4 entitled “Massage Therapists and Establishments” was adopted by Ordinance 96.09, rewritten by Ordinance 2000.06, and repealed by Ordinance 2005.22 to conform to A.R.S. § 32-4201 et seq.
