14.20.040: APPLICATION FOR SEWER CONNECTION:
Any person, other than a subdivider or developer seeking multiple connections, who desires or is required to secure a new connection to the city system, shall file with the sewer department for each such connection a written and signed connection application in the form supplied by the city.
All owners or other persons who use the system shall adhere to these ordinances. (Ord. 95-19)
