A. Whatever is dangerous to human life or health and whatever renders soil, air, water or food impure or unwholesome, is declared to be a nuisance and to be illegal. Artificial light that unreasonably and substantially interferes with the use or enjoyment of a home or property as a result of being unshielded or not contained within the boundaries of the property from which it is emanating may also be declared a nuisance. It shall be unlawful for any person, either as owner, agent or occupant, to create or aid in creating or contributing to, or to maintain a nuisance.
B. Every act or thing done or admitted to be done or made, permitted, allowed or continued in violation of the provisions of any of the sections of this chapter, shall be deemed a nuisance. (1986 Code; amd. Ord. 2022-05, 4-13-2022)
