Neither this title nor the specific impact fee ordinances shall affect, in any manner, the permissible use of property, density/intensity of development, design and improvement standards or other applicable standards or requirements of this code, all of which shall be operative and remain in full force and effect without limitation. To the extent of any conflict between other city ordinances or regulations and this title, the more restrictive is deemed to be controlling. (Ord. 2021-07, 3-3-2021)
