19.01.030: IMPACT FEE SCHEDULE AND CALCULATION FORMULAS:
   A.   The City has adopted impact fees from the following services:
      1.   Sanitary sewer;
      2.   Culinary water;
      3.   Pressurized irrigation;
      4.   Parks and recreation; and
      5.   Public safety.
   B.   The schedule of impact fees for each type of development activity that specifies the amount of the impact fee to be imposed for each type of system improvement and the formula used to calculate each impact fee is included in the Impact Fee Facilities Plans (IFFP) and Impact Fee Analysis (IFA) adopted by the City Council. (Ord. 2021-07, 3-3-2021)
