5.04.150: COMPLIANCE WITH STATE REGULATORY LICENSING PROVISIONS:
No license for any business, profession, or pursuit shall be issued, nor be renewed, to any applicant therefor, except upon delivery of proof showing applicant's strict compliance with all state regulatory licensing provisions for such business, profession or pursuit. (Ord. 98-34)
