5.04.140: COMPLIANCE WITH ZONING ORDINANCE:
No license for any business, profession, or pursuit shall issue to any applicant therefor, except upon proper and sufficient showing of strict compliance with the construction and use requirements of the applicable zoning ordinances of the city. (1986 Code)
