5.04.120: REVOCATION OF LICENSE:
   A.   No license issued under the provisions of this chapter shall be revoked, nor any application for license under the provisions of this chapter be denied, except after notice to, and hearing of, the licensee or applicant.
   B.   If at any time a license under the provisions of this chapter is denied, or revoked, it shall thereafter be unlawful for any person to open, operate, maintain, manage, or conduct any business, trade, profession or calling for the transaction or carrying on of which a license is required at the premises where the license is revoked, or the application for license denied, until a new license shall be granted by the council.
