(A) Any officer of the Mapleton Police Department, upon determining that there has been a violation, shall notify the violator, or in the case of a vehicular violation, attach to the vehicle a notice of the violation.
(B) The notice shall set forth the nature, date and time of violation, the name of any officer of the city’s Police Department issuing the notice and the amount of the scheduled penalty or fine. These fines shall supercede all other fines previously imposed for the listed offenses.
