(A) A Storm Sewer Improvement Tax District is hereby established consisting of all properties within the city limits of the City of Mapleton as of the date of this section, except those properties described on Schedule I, a copy of which is on file in the city offices.
(B) The above-described Storm Sewer Improvement Tax District is hereby established pursuant to M.S. §§ 444.17 to 444.21, as they may be amended from time to time, and shall remain in effect for all purposes authorized by the statute until and unless it is dissolved pursuant to M.S. § 444.21, as it may be amended from time to time.
(C) The City Deputy Clerk of the City of Mapleton is hereby directed to file a copy of this section with the Blue Earth County Auditor and Blue Earth County Recorder.
