§ 153.151 VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with, or who resists enforcement of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
   (B)   Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
   (C)   In case any building or structure is erected, constructed, reconstructed, altered, repaired, converted or maintained, or any building, structure or land is used in violation of this chapter, the Zoning Administrator, in addition to other remedies, may institute any proper action or proceedings in the name of the city.
   (D)   The Zoning Administrator hereby shall have the powers of a police officer to prevent the unlawful erection, construction, reconstruction, alteration, repair, conversion, maintenance or use, to restrain, correct or abate violations to prevent the occupancy of the building, structure of land, or to prevent any illegal act, conduct, business or use in or about the premises.
