(A) The following specified items may obtain a limited permit and may begin construction after the Zoning Administrator has signed the building permit.
(B) The limited permit will than be presented to the Zoning Board and the City Council at the next meeting.
(C) If construction of this limited permit begins before approval by the Zoning Administrator a $50 fee will apply:
(1) Limited permit fee: $15; and
(2) Limited permits shall include only the following construction:
(a) Shingling of roof;
(b) Siding of home or accessory building;
(c) Installation of windows; and
(d) Removal of detached garage, shed or barn.
(D) All other construction must obtain a regular building permit with Zoning Board and City Council approval before any construction may begin.
