(A) Height regulations. No building shall hereafter be erected or structurally altered to exceed a height of more than 40 feet above ground level to the roof. Air conditioning or dust collecting equipment on the top of roofs shall be no more than 25 feet higher than the roof level.
(B) Yard regulations.
(1) There shall be a front yard having a depth of not less than 30 feet.
(2) There shall be a side yard on each side of a building, each having a depth of not less than 10 feet, except where abutting a Residential District, in which case the side yard shall not be less than 20 feet.
(C) Rear yard regulations. There shall be a rear yard having a depth of not less than 25% of the lot, except where abutting a Residential District, in which case the rear yard shall not be less than 40 feet.
