§ 153.022 CONDITIONAL USES.

   The following uses may be allowed in the R-1 Residential District by conditional use permit. Conditional use permits shall be procured as provided in §§ 153.131 and 153.132:

   (A)   Airports, cemeteries, gun clubs, curling rinks and golf courses;

   (B)   Kennels and animal hospitals;

   (C)   Churches, schools, public owned buildings and community buildings; and

   (D)   Public-owned parks and public-owned playgrounds.
