§ 32.09 PRACTICES.
   (A)   No member shall take or loan any article from the station without permission of the Chief.
   (B)   No member shall loan his or her uniform, or any part thereof or his or her key to any person other than a member of the Department without permission of the Chief.
   (C)   No member shall divulge or make known to any person not a member any remarks made at the meeting nor disclose the vote against a candidate for membership or any other business of the Department.
