§ 152.060 GENERAL.
   (A)   Except as provided elsewhere in this chapter, all improvements required shall be paid for by the developer or owner.
   (B)   In areas between the corporate limits of Mapleton and parallel lines 2 miles therefrom, regulations imposed by the Blue Earth County Subdivision Ordinance shall be complied with.
