§ 152.030 APPROVAL OR DISAPPROVAL.
   (A)   Approval or disapproval of the final plat shall be made within 60 days of submission to the City Planning Commission.
   (B)   The decision of the City Planning Commission shall be conveyed to the subdivider in writing within 10 days after the meeting at which the plat was considered.
   (C)   If the plat is disapproved, the subdivider shall be notified of the reason for the action and what requirements shall be necessary to meet the approval of the Commission.
