§ 152.029 SUPPLEMENTARY DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION.
   The following items shall be furnished to the City Planning Commission upon request:
   (A)   A complete set of street profiles showing grade lines as constructed;
   (B)   Copies of any private restrictions affecting the subdivision or any part thereof; and
   (C)   Other pertinent information and documentation as requested by Planning Commission.
