(A) The final plat shall be accompanied by a required fee in the amount of $75 plus $1 for each lot in the subdivision, plus engineering expenses.
(B) The foregoing fees are to be used to offset th expense of the city in connection with the review, inspection, approval or disapproval of the plat which may thereafter be submitted.
