(A) The preliminary plat shall be submitted to the Planning Commission at least 10 days prior to a Commission meeting at which consideration is requested.
(B) The Planning Commission shall take action on the preliminary plat within 60 days of date of submission.
(C) Approval or disapproval of a preliminary plat will be conveyed to the subdivider in writing within 10 days after the meeting of the Planning Commission at which the plat was considered.
(D) In case the plat is disapproved, the subdivider shall be notified of the reason for the action and what requirements will be necessary to meet the approval of the Commission.
